If you’re in sales, this could be interesting.  There are two types of salespeople.  So says Bill Fromm, a nationally known expert in strategic planning.  Speaking at Ottawa University last week, Fromm says there is a big mistake that salesmen make.

Fromm says a successful salesperson has to identify what the client is wanting and needing, and then try to give a solution to the problem the client has rather than just trying to sell an item or service.
