You probably wouldn’t want to spend many hours coming up with a family budget only to find out you’ll have to throw it away and start all over again. However, in one sense that’s the situation, the Ransom Memorial Health Administrators expect to find themselves in a few weeks. During a finance committee meeting recently, Ben Canther of the Hospital’s Financial Management Department explained the 2019 budget.
RMH officials hope to complete a partnership agreement with Advent Health by the end of this year. If there are no delays, the hospital would then have to rework a budget reflecting the reality of being an affiliate of Advent Health.
