The homeless in Ottawa may be getting a little more recognition from city leaders than they perhaps got in the past. During the Ottawa City Commission study session, an amendment to current zoning regulations was discussed. Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says the issue started with United Way.
The commission plans to study the matter further before any action is taken.
