The Franklin County Commission has approved issuing about 3 million dollars worth of general obligation bonds to finish some street improvements in Proximity Park. Tyler Ellsworth of Kutak Rock told commissioner not to be overly concerned with the county’s debt load.
Ellsworth was responding to a question by county commissioner Roy Dunn concerning the debt load the Proximity Park bond sales placed on the county.
