The area between First and Second Streets and the corner of Walnut in Ottawa will take on a new life of its own starting early next year. Sarah Anzicek of the Community Planning Department told the Ottawa Planning Commission that the area to some extent has been neglected.
Construction on the project is expected to start next February.
