A spotlight is shining brighter on the problem of homelessness. The Ottawa city commission is considering changing zoning regulations to allow homeless shelters to be set up in town. Meg Pearson of the United Way says the Ottawa School District counts nearly two hundred students as homeless.
The city commission is expected to make decision on allowing homeless shelters in the near future.
