If the number of housing permits in Ottawa and Franklin County means anything… then it should mean quite a few new people are moving into the area. Franklin County commissioner Richard Oglesby took note of recent news of new housing in Wellsville.
Oglesby says it’s important to note there are positive things going in Ottawa ad Franklin County, and not get bogged down in negative developments.
