The Rockwood acres neighborhood on east 15th street will be having their annual Christmas eve luminary display tonight Monday December 24th. Thousands of luminaries will line the streets and the driveways. Residents there invite everyone out to drive through the display and enjoy the warm glow of the candles. They are also collecting donations for two local charities, the Franklin County Cancer Foundation and Life Care Center, Event coordinator Liza Jaworski says donations of money are welcome, but Life Care has some specific needs…
She adds that they are hoping for a large number of donations. The display is free and will open about 5:30 this evening and run until 10.
