The University of Kansas public management center has announced this year’s graduates of the Kansas Certified Public Manager program. The course helps develop and strengthen management skills, as well as addresses personal and organizational integrity, managing work, leading people, and public service and leadership during times of change. One graduate of this year’s program, Ottawa city clerk, Amy Finch, says she got a lot out of the course.

The city has sent many employees to the course over the past few years. Other graduates this year from Ottawa include assistant director of utilites, Jeff Oleson and Franklin county Sheriff, Jeff Richards.
