The water line replacement project in downtown Ottawa is seeing the at the end of the tunnel! According to utilities director Dennis Tharp, the new mains are up and running for the majority of the downtown area.
The work will continue for several more weeks and Tharp says much of the remaining work is dependent on the weather. He is hoping for more mild weather so the project can be finished up sooner.
