The Franklin County Commission took action on a somewhat unique situation during its regular meeting Wednesday morning, December 26th. Planning and building director Larry Walrod explained the situation to commissioners.
The county commission approved the rezoning of about 18 acres from Agriculture to residential estate and about 32 acres from agriculture to transitional agriculture. The land is located near the intersection of Oregon road and Rock Creek road.
