A housing project geared toward moderate income people is literally taking shape in Ottawa. Prairie Fire Estates broke ground Yesterday Thursday December 27th. Rudy Manes is co-owner of the project… He says it was a long process.
The project is near the intersection of Enterprise and North Cherry and close to Lincoln Elementary school. Partners in making the project come to fruition include Prairie Fire development group, EKAN and the City of Ottawa. The first of 34 units is expected to b completed by the summer of 2019.
