The sale of nearly three million dollars in bonds to complete improvements at proximity parks by Franklin County has been conducted. David Arteberry with George K Baum and company told the county commission that the debt service will be less than expected.
Arteberry noted that the lower interest rate will definitely save taxpayers quite a bit of money.
