The Osage County Sheriff’s office conducted a drug search on a residence in Lyndon last week. The search warrant was executed after a year-long investigation, by investigators, with the Osage County Sheriff’s office. As a result of the search warrant, an undisclosed amount of drugs, money, and firearms were recovered from the residence. That search led to the arrest of 24-year-old Dakota Jiskra of Lyndon. He was booked into the Osage County Jail on charges of distribution of a controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, use of communication device to facilitate drug sales, criminal use of a firearm, no Kansas drug tax stamp, possession of depressant, and possession of paraphenalia.
