This month of February is career and tech ed month in Kansas schools and with the opening of Ottawa’s new state of the art career and tech education facility at Ottawa High School, OHS is celebrating. Principal Kelly Whitaker says a lot of work goes into getting all the career pathways organized for the students.
The career and tech education center was part of Ottawa’s 63 million dollar bond issue and was opened at the beginning of the school year.
