The Ottawa City Commission study session is setting up to be a crowded one. A group representing businesses and resident in the 100 block of main will be on hand to present concerns about the affects construction of Legacy Square will have on their businesses in the next six months. At issue is the 100 parking spaces being taken away, and access to the alley, both of which many businesses in that block depend on it. City Manager Richard Nienstedt says he hopes a solution can be presented.
The study session is at 4 this afternoon at City Hall.
