The owners of O-Town and Mug-Shot coffee shop say they will be among the hardest hit… City officials pledged to try to work up a comprise to minimize the construction impact. The issue will be a topic of discussion at today’s Monday February 18th Ottawa City Commission Study Session, as a group of concerned business owners will present their concerns about how the loss of parking spaces and alley access will effect their business during construction.
