The Ottawa City Commission will meet today Monday February 18th in a study session and one area of conversation will be the construction of Legacy Square. A group of business owners is very concerned on how that construction will affect their businesses. A group representing the businesses and tenants in the 100 block of Main Street will be on hand to talk to commissioners about their concerns. Brent Mathis, owner of Ruff to Tuff, says having alley access is important for many different reasons.
The study session will be at 4 this afternoon at City Hall.
