We all know how cold and nasty this winter has been and how the roads in the area have taken a beating. With more cold snowy weather expected in the next few days, they aren’t going to get any better anytime soon. Franklin County public works Director David Lee says the roads need time to care and heal.
He adds that normally the county tries to rebuild about two miles of roads and they will adjust in order to rebuild the worst roads to get them up to passable standards.
