As you may know…. Not a lot of outside construction can take place in wintertime…. But when it warms up, construction starts up. That will soon be the case in the 15th street project in Ottawa. Public works Director Michael Haeffele gave an update to the city commission.
Haeffele says bad weather conditions could of course delay the startup a few days or weeks.
