The Franklin County Emergency Medical Services is always busy… But it turns out that some days are not quite as busy. E-M-S Director Nick Robbins says the first of the work week seems to be busiest.
Robbins also says a new enhanced communications system is being implemented that will help first responders locate where the emergency occurred.
