If you’re tired of seeing the empty Kansas buffet building at 23rd and Princeton in Ottawa…. Everything is about to change. The old restaurant will be demolished and a new 6000 square foot automated car wash will be built. Sarah Anzicek of the Ottawa Community Development Department says the development will make it look better.
The new club car wash will be owned by Spirit Master Funding LLC of Scottsdale Arizona.
