The Franklin County Health Department recently released an annual report….. Health Department Director Midge Ransom says young people are using electronic cigarettes… Especially one called Jewel.
Ransom says despite this discouraging news….. When you compare the smoking rate in the 1930’s and 1940’s today’s smoking rate is a dramatic improvement.
