Several buildings and amenities in the county are in need of urgent repair. If you have ever been in the Franklin County Annex parking lot after it rains, you know that it floods and no one likes to have to swim across a parking lot. Franklin County administrator Derek Brown says the situation is being remedied.
Other areas of concern are the h-vac systems in the jail and the district courthouse and the clock tower in the courthouse.
