Carnegie Cultural Center Director Randy Endicott has been arrested on a Franklin County warrant for aggravated criminal sodomy. He was taken into custody Saturday afternoon and was still in custody as of yesterday afternoon. Ottawa Police Department Detective Doug Waterman says it came after a long investigation.
Endicott is being held on a 25 thousand dollar bond. He has been the gallery director since late 2014.
