Although Franklin County employees enjoy pay plan, there are other things that are not optimistic. County administration Derek Brown updated commissioners recently on two issues: health insurance and clock tower repairs at the old courthouse.
Brown also noted that repairs of the county annex parking lot should start soon to put an end to the flooding that happens every time there’s heavy rain.
