Car Star owner Lou Baker did not tell one of the technicians at the Ottawa Shop that she had submitted him for a regional Car Star technician award until after he had won.
Baker says, “Lead technician Shannon Hays will be awarded the honor and he is an incredible employee.”
The ceremony will be held this afternoon at 1:30p.m. at Car Star. The regional manager for the company will be on hand to present the award as well as a brand new 3M file belt sander. Hays has worked for the Ottawa Shop for 6 years.
