Maybe the third attempt will be the charm, that at least is the hope for the hotel project in south Ottawa. Financial consultant Tyler Ellsworth told the city commission he can only guess why the project was twice delayed.
The city had previously approved various financial incentives for the hotel developer. Mayor Blake Jorgensen noted that the city has gotten a black eye because some think the city is preventing developers from building the hotel and it’s his hope this time everything does smoothly.
