Kansas Senator Jerry Moran addressed the Senate yesterday in regards to National Peace officers Memorial Day. He says, “On this day we are reminded that law enforcement needs support and government need to provide them with what they need to do their job.”
Moran says, “As chairman of the appropriations subcommittee that funds the Department of Justice and particularly law enforcement grants, he is committed to providing support.”
