Construction continues on the 15th street storm sewer project. As work progresses some temporary closures will have to be enforced. The first is this morning. 15th street will be closed from Cedar to Main to allow contractors to cross 15th with a new storm sewer line. Traffic will be allowed to access businesses in the 100 block of east 15th. Drivers will be directed to a detour around the area from 13th street to Cedar street. The area will be closed through Friday.
