The Kansas Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Kansas Special Olympics is about to arrive at its destination. Yesterday the torch was in Ottawa and Ottawa community relations officer Larabee Alexander says, “It’s a fairly quick run.”
The summer games run from May 31st through June 2nd.
