If there is any flooding, Franklin County roads may become extinct. While that’s an obvious exaggeration, the reality isn’t too far removed from that statement. Franklin County Public Works Director David Lee says, “Right now the best he can do is to keep a lane open for vehicles.”
Lee says, “It’ll take a long time to get roads back to where they were before all the flooding started.
