It looks like Franklin County and other counties may get some help rebuilding damaged roads. Emergency management Director Alan Radcliff says, “A federal disaster declaration has been approved.”
Radcliff also noted, “the levy surrounding Ottawa is in solid shape. One of the few levies that aren’t in somewhat doubtful conditions.”
