Through rains, floods, and fog they continue onward… no, that’s not the postal service we’re talking about it’s the construction of Legacy Square. Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce President John Coen gave an update to the city commission.
Coen says, “Overall the project remains on schedule to be completed by late summer.”
