A long-time Ottawa police officer is retiring after a 36-year career. Lieutenant Bobbie Hawkins heard tributes from many of her colleagues during a reception yesterday. She recalled her work with dare camp.
Hawkins says, “The program went from 20 children eventually to around 100 children”
