Construction of the hotel project in south Ottawa actually seems closer than ever to reality. During the Franklin County Commission meeting, Financial Consultant Tyler Ellsworth told commissioners the developers have a request.
The commission approved the request. Ellsworth says, “The developer knows they’ve under the gun, so construction activity has to get started as soon as possible.”
