It seems like when some people see a barricade it’s time to go play. Trouble is playing around with a barricade or in this case driving around a barricade on a closed road could kill you. Franklin County Public Works David Lee says, “One of his staff witnessed people ignoring barricades.”
Lee says, “All the repairs made to roads were destroyed again county officials hope to cover the soaring repair cost with money given to the county by the federal disaster declarations.”
