It’s becoming very clear that commercial properties in Franklin County and elsewhere are trying to keep their property tax bill as low as possible. County administrator Derek Brown says, “The situation has him a bit upset.”
Brown says, “Franklin County will do ok because most property tax valuations are residential.”
