The rains let up, the park was packed and the skies lit up with the biggest fireworks display the city has ever seen. The first edition of the revitalized chautauqua festival was deemed a success by most who were at the park. City officials say they plan to bring back the Chautauqua Festival next year, bigger and better, offering even more activities throughout the day.
