The USD 290 school district is working on its budget for the upcoming school year and it can complicated process. After hashing through all the formulas and calculations, negotiations will begin regarding teacher salaries. Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says, “They want to offer as much as possible.”
He adds, “That it will be a couple weeks before they can really sit down and have a serious discussion about salary, but it is confident they will work out what is best for the teachers and the district.”
