As Legacy Square moves closer to completion, many people are thinking about events that can and will be held there. The official opening of the project will be Friday, September 6th with a ribbon-cutting that morning. They will honor and acknowledge those people who made the project become a reality. The following day, Saturday will be the first big event on the square. Ottawa Chamber President John Coen makes the announcement.
He adds that more events will be added to the festivity schedule. Mark your calendars now for September 7th, the first public event in Legacy Square featuring a free concert by Travis Marvin.
