The Franklin County Conservation District is dealing with events that they probably never dreamed they’d behandling. District Manager Kerri Harris gave a report to the County Commission.
Harris says, “She’s heard many comments to the effect that as bad as it has been on farmers. It would be much worse without the many conservation efforts made since the 1930’s”
