The rest of the year will apparently see an uptick in various project developments in Ottawa. Community development Director Wyndee Lee says, “An increase in valuations is good for local investors.”
Lee told the Ottawa planning commission that there probably won’t be any more canceled meetings the rest of the year. She says, “There are quite of few projects coming down the pike that will come before them seeking approval.”
