A persistent critic of the Franklin County Commission who was banned from County Commission meetings is threatening legal action. Gene Hirt of Lydon says, “The county has a deadline.”
Hirt says, “All he wants is to have his ban revoked so he can attend and speak at County Commission meetings.” County Commission Chairman Rick Howard and County Administrator Derek Brown declined to comment on Hirt’s ultimatum.”
