Right now the city of Ottawa is trying to handle flooding, but the towns east of Ottawa will soon share the misery. During an occasional windy news conference, Ottawa Police Chief Adam Weingartner noted that if other towns need help, Ottawa will be at their beck and call.
Weingartner says, “There’s no way of telling when everything returns to normal. It all depends on the weather.”
