If at first you try and don’t succeed, try again for at least 4 more times. That’s the experience of Franklin County road crews. Public Works Director David Lee says, “The lastest flooding has done its damage again.”
Lee says, “This set road crews back weeks or even months in trying to get roads back to where they were before all the flooding started.”
