We all know the damage done to the north part of downtown Ottawa during the last bout of flooding, but was it a really an unusual event? Most people say it certainly was and Ottawa Public Works Director Michael Haeffele says, “The official data proves how strange it was.”
Haeffele was giving an update to the Ottawa City Commission during its regular meeting.
