The Ottawa School Board is looking into refinancing the bonds used to pay for the Goppert Building. Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says, “It made sense to take advantage of lower rates.”
The issues will be presented to up to 50 banks, including local institutions and the board will decide which offer to go with at a future meeting.
