Probably most everyone in Ottawa and Franklin County was holding their breath as to whether the Holiday Inn in south Ottawa would actually become reality, but fear no more, work has begun. KOFO’s Milton Ammel talked with Ottawa Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says, “The first report has already come in.”
Lee says, “The hotel had experienced several delays because the developer had problems putting together all the financing for the project.”
