In one sense, The Kansas Department of Commerce is having to start all over again. That seemed to be one point made by Kansas Commerce Secretary David Toland during the annual eggs and issues event held at advent Health Ottawa. Toland says, “A lot of things need to be built.”
Toland says, “Kansas also has one recruiter for the rest of the world. Shortly there will be an announcement about a new strategic plan for Kansas and the various initiatives that will go with it.” The eggs and issues are sponsored by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee.
